About Eden Garage Doors
Built on Experience. Continued with Care.
Eden Garage Doors was founded in 2007 by John Lee, our former director, an engineer by background who brought many years of experience across a range of technical and engineering-related industries.
Since its establishment, Eden Garage Doors has grown into a specialist garage door company providing garage door repairs, installations, maintenance and replacement services to homes across Auckland.
Today, the business is operated by Jinny Han, who has taken over the company and continues to build on the experience and reputation established over the years.
More Than 30 Years of New Zealand Experience
Having lived in New Zealand for more than 30 years, Jinny has a deep understanding of New Zealand culture, local communities and the way Kiwi customers expect to be treated.
We believe that good service is not simply about fixing a garage door. It is about turning up when we say we will, explaining the problem clearly, doing the job properly and taking responsibility for the work we do.
These principles have become an important part of the way Eden Garage Doors operates.
Professional Skills, Personal Service
Garage doors may look simple, but they are made up of many mechanical and electrical components that need to work together correctly.
Our technical background and hands-on experience allow us to look beyond the immediate problem and consider the door, springs, cables, rollers, tracks, panels and opener as one complete system.
Whether it is a broken spring, damaged cable, off-track door, faulty opener or a complete garage door replacement, we aim to provide a practical solution that is appropriate for the condition of the door and the customer’s needs.
At the same time, we understand that customers want more than technical knowledge. They want a tradesperson they can trust in their home.
Shaping the future of building
We deliver bold and lasting spaces
After the torsion spring snapped, I requested quotes from several companies and chose Eden Garage Door because they responded the fastest and most politely.
Jinny’s sincerity and workmanship were outstanding. Following his recommendation, I also replaced the old automatic opener with a new one, and the difference is incredible — the door is now so quiet and smooth that it’s hard to believe how noisy it used to be. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the result. Thank you so much.
See you again for the maintenance service in five years.
Excellent experience - Jinny's communication was quick and helpful, he turned up right on time, worked quickly to fix the issue and charged a fair price. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.
I insulated my garage door and needed someone to come adjust the springs and do a general service. Jinny was very responsive and visited within 24hrs of me contacting him. He arrived bang on time and quickly got to work. He was very easy to deal with, polite, and knowledgeable. Plus his fees were very competitive.
My new go-to garage specialist!
Jinny and his team did an awesome job replacing my mum's 1970's tilt garage door with a modern sectional coloursteel door with Wifi connected Merlin opener! On time, cleaned up, and looks fantastic. Couldn't be happier.
My garage door drive unit just gave up without any sign and my cars got stuck inside. Jinny been really helpful and efficient, sort out everything with a new motor on the next day with a fair price. Awesome and friendly!
The spring on our garage door broke last night just after I had parked my car in the garage! We contacted Eden Garage Doors after hours, 9pm by this stage. The service technician arrived this morning and replaced the springs and gave our garage door a thorough service. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. The price was less than we thought so overall we give this business a 100% and would not hesitate to recommend them
Excellent service from Eden garage doors. I wanted to install a garage door opener and the team came to check the door and gave me a reasonably priced quote the same day I called them and installed the opener in 2 days as they promised. Excellent after sales service as well.
